Get to know us

We are a boutique law firm that has experienced personal injury attorneys, not case managers or paralegals, working directly with you.

We will be your partner throughout the process, giving you an honest assessment of your situation, outlining the steps involved in your case, discussing the choices you will have to make along the way, and reviewing the possible outcomes for your case to help you reach the best one.

Samir Sheth.png

Earning his undergraduate degree, with Magna Cum Laude Honors, from the California State Polytechnic University, Samir majored in International Business and Marketing and minored in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. Samir finished as the Valedictorian of his major’s graduating class.

In 2003, Samir earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. During his time at Loyola, Samir received the American Jurisprudence Award for earning the highest grades in both his Remedies and Marital Properties courses.  Additionally, he was on the Dean’s Honor List for 2 consecutive years.

After graduating from law school, he worked for a few years at a civil litigation firm where he practiced various types of law.  When he decided to open his own firm, he realized that he had a passion for practicing Personal Injury law, which he has exclusively been doing for the past 15+ years.

Samir feels strongly that insurance carriers are not out there to protect injured parties.  On the contrary, their goal is to find a way to avoid paying money however possible, to the very detriment of those who their insureds have caused damage to.  With this belief, he relishes the opportunity to help those who deserve to be helped while making insurance companies pay what they deserve to pay.
